Privacy Policy

Effective April 14, 2026

Meridian Global Accounting, LLC ("Meridian", "we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, and protect information provided through our website and during the course of professional engagements.

Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you voluntarily submit: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, the service area of interest, and the message you send. We may also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and site optimization.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engaged services. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.

Professional Confidentiality

Communications during a professional engagement are treated with the confidentiality obligations applicable to accountants under AICPA and state-licensing rules. Federally-authorized tax practitioner privilege (IRC § 7525) may apply to certain non-criminal tax advice.

Data Retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to three years. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable professional standards and statutes, generally seven years.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
